Speaking of collages…
I couldn’t find the time to enter this month’s Photo Art Friday, but the theme was collage and I thought that was a good idea… People around me have been asking for shots of the new place, so here’s a collection!
And obviously, there has to be one with the happy cat as well!

Signs of life
This is Lo, on his birthday, shortly after we moved houses. Some people say cats don’t take moving very well, and with him being ill I was a bit worried…
Frankly, Lo doesn’t care – he’s got a wonderful new garden to possess.
He’s just turned eight, and I think he’s as happy as I’ve ever seen him!

(No animals were harmed during the shooting of this scene, although not for the want of Sotis the cat trying… He was also a bit miffed when I lured him away and then served him no alternate food, but he didn’t return to his lookout. Then…)

They’re starting to fade… or, rather, are to to be ruthlessly annihilated by the saturated exuberance of summer greens.

Spring gardening
This weekend was pretty much dedicated to the garden here.
Some worked hard on the sticks and leaves littering the lawn…
…while others took a more… supervisory role…
All in all, a very constructive weekend!
A beautiful Sunday
It felt like spring finally made a serious bid for supremacy today. The sun was bright, the air was warm, and the animals were all full of zest and zowie… 😉
